carmel valley, summer wedding | Amelia & Dave | gardener ranch, carmel valley, CA

I have been working on Amelia and Dave's wedding book. And with all the rain we had in Northern California, this brightly colored summer wedding is a much needed "vacation" from this winter weather. But first some black and white romantic photos of Amelia getting ready. Enjoy! xoxo, Stacey P.S. I am in love Wally the Golden Doodle. He even has his own Instagram account.

tahoe, winter wedding book custom, design & layout | Julia & Robert | west shore cafe & inn, homewood, ca

Designing Julia and Robert's 12"x15" wedding book ("the magazine") was a dream. The bride gave me complete creative control with her wedding book . "The Magazine" Wedding Book is a magazine/editorial presentation book. It is reinventing the way wedding imagery in displayed. These books are one-of-a-kind, handmade 12"x15" wedding "coffee table" books. And because they hold up to 300 pages and 400 images vs. up to 50 pages and 125 images for the flush mounted, board book, styled albums, they give me more creative ways to display the wedding images. The archival White Felt Paper used in these books have a really nice watercolor paper like texture vs. the thick block pages that comprise the flush mounted album. "Each book is made by hand by master craftspeople in the USA to exacting standards utilizing old world binding techniques to ensure the books will last generations." And if you could see and feel these in person, you would be blown away. :) LOVE! Enjoy! xoxo, Stacey

wine country, summer into fall wedding | Taylor & Patrick | the general's daughter, sonoma, CA

It was a true honor to not only have 1 wedding published in "Diablo Weddings" but 2 weddings featured in this year's issue of "Diablo Weddings." Taylor and Patrick's Sonoma wedding at General's Daughter was one of them. The General's Daughter is a quaint, intimate and picturesque outdoor wedding venue with indoor privileges. Taylor chose to have her ceremony in the wisteria covered West Patio. For the ceremony, the father-of-the-bride constructed a DYI flower wall in lieu of a traditional wedding arch/arbor. We also utilized the wall proceeding the ceremony for family photos and so did the guests. The reception flawlessly demonstrates the color transition into fall. The bold burgundy florals, pome fruit and fall leave branches perfectly compliment the soft pink florals, greenery, and farm tables. The mother-of-the-bride also special ordered vintage furniture pieces for her daughter's wedding complimenting the Victorian venue. The pièce de résistance, Taylor's fashion forward Tara LaTour wedding dress--the train and back design are in a word innovative. Enjoy! xoxo, Stacey

san francisco city hall wedding | Kristel & Jordan | san francisco, CA

This San Francisco City Hall wedding will make you scrap everything you thought you knew about a typical city hall "wedding." There is nothing more breath taking than the interior architecture and design not to mention the light reflected inside of San Francisco City Hall... in a word INSPIRING! The 45 marble steps of the Grand Staircase + a spectacular cathedral length veil trailing along her Vera Wang gown + the soft light flooding in = photo yumminess. Enjoy! xoxo, Stacey
